Ionetix, a leader in revolutionary cyclotron technology, is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, contracts, cost controls, supplier purchases, inventory management, and logistics for our radiopharmaceutical operations in Lansing, MI. This position ensures equipment and materials are available, while optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, purchasing, and material releases for equipment, site startups, and operations.
- Analyze demand to optimize inventory levels, pricing, delivery, and quality while aligning with operational schedules.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and payments with suppliers.
- Maintain documentation for purchase orders, releases, receiving, shipping, and inventory reporting.
- Oversee master data in the ERP system and serve as the procurement subject matter expert.
- Assess procurement efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain contracts and procurement-related documents.
- Support inventory accuracy in alignment with finance department policies.
- Provide guidance on supply chain processes to Lansing OEM purchasing representatives.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory/production control, and logistics
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the PET/Isotope Radiopharmaceutical industry, preferred
- Background in a regulated industry, preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics, freight movement, and shipping methods.
- Experience with laboratory/pharmacy supplies and equipment
- Expertise in ERP systems, including data management and procurement processes
- Strong negotiation skills for purchasing goods and services
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams
