Dominica Palacio joined Ionetix in 2018 and serves as Vice President of Administration, where she leads Human Resources and Information Technology functions that support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

She has been instrumental in advancing organizational development initiatives and fostering a culture grounded in excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Dominica has successfully built and scaled a dynamic, inclusive workplace that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. In her role, she provides strategic leadership in aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and enhance overall performance.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning executive HR and technology-focused roles, Dominica integrates information systems, process optimization, and workforce strategy to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwood University.
